NEW YEARS MESSAGE 2009

Your true nature is love. That’s not just a bunch of flowery words. It’s really, really true. The true essence and consciousness of your being, the fabric and reality of you is love. It’s not something you have to become or achieve. It’s already and always will be your true nature, self and being. And therein lies the potential, the possibility, that your whole life and existence — every moment, every breath, everything you do — can be a manifestation, an unfolding of that love. If you practice yoga, or a similar discipline, it’s like you’re recruiting tools and practices to cultivate and express it more fully and quickly, but really and truly your whole life is a journey to discover, know and express that love — to live it. That’s what it’s all about, that’s what we’re here for. Let us each and everyone strive to make each moment a true effort to be who we really are – boundless and eternal love, joy, truth, light, peace and allness of good. Then every breath will become a prayer of love and gratitude, and the whole world will change. But we have to start with ourselves. Be that love, because you are.

With my deepest love, blessings and gratitude,
Freddie
